OTIPRO provides complete operational management and high-end staffing solutions for

 private residences, clinics, hospitality venues and premium commercial properties in London.


We do not simply supply staff. We assume full responsibility for the administration and daily operational structure of a business when required. From staffing and payroll coordination to supplier management and financial oversight, we create a stable and professionally managed environment that allows our clients to focus on growth rather than operational pressure.


Each member of staff supplied by OTIPRO is trained under direct supervision and continuous standards monitoring. Preparation does not stop at placement. Ongoing training, performance review and operational support remain part of our service. Every individual who represents OTIPRO is prepared to meet the expectations of high-end environments.


Beyond staffing, we manage invoicing, supplier coordination and communication with outsourced partners, including security teams and specialist contractors. Our network includes qualified accountants, architects and construction teams, enabling us to support projects from operational restructuring to property development.


We provide butlers, drivers, housekeeping professionals and access to dedicated laundry facilities for structured preparation and quality control. For regulated environments, we also support CQC-related operational requirements.


Where clients seek expansion, we assist with property sourcing, negotiation and strategic growth.

 Our international reach extends to the UAE, supporting clients who operate across markets.

OtiPro Ltd was founded in May 2022 by Otilia Mutu, a Romanian-British entrepreneur, with a clear and focused vision: to build a company delivering premium staffing, maintenance and outsourcing solutions tailored to the expectations of international, high-end clients.

The name OtiPro comes directly from its founder, Otilia, reflecting the personal standards, discipline and attention to detail that define the company. From the beginning, OtiPro was conceived as a hands-on, founder-led business, where quality, discretion and operational precision are non-negotiable.


With a strong background in business operations, property management and client relations, Otilia identified a gap in the market for a single provider capable of delivering structured, reliable and refined support services under one roof. Her approach combines strategic thinking with a deep understanding of client needs, particularly within high-value and private environments.


Before establishing OtiPro, Otilia built an outstanding career in the real estate sector. Over the years, she was involved in property transactions exceeding £250 million, specialising in valuation, negotiation and complex, high-value sales. This experience shaped her understanding of both property and people, and highlighted a recurring demand among high-net-worth clients: the need for complete lifestyle and estate management solutions after acquisition.


Rather than offering isolated services, these clients required continuity, trusted staff, and a seamless operational experience. Recognising this, Otilia chose to move beyond traditional real estate and create a company capable of supporting clients long after the keys were handed over.


From this vision, OtiPro evolved into a premium service provider offering staffing, maintenance, outsourcing and concierge solutions. Clients working with OtiPro gain access to carefully selected and professionally trained personnel, including housekeepers, butlers, chauffeurs and operational staff, all prepared to meet the highest standards of discretion and service.

Otilia personally oversees team development and training, ensuring consistency, professionalism and attention to detail across all operations. Her international outlook, shaped by extensive travel and exposure to luxury hospitality and service cultures worldwide, continues to influence the company’s standards and approach.


In 2025, OtiPro expanded into Dubai, marking an important step in its growth from a UK-based company to an international service brand. Despite this expansion, the business remains deliberately selective, working only with clients who value privacy, structure and excellence.
